Luthor is solid at Lvl 11 but will be overcosted unless your really facing superman i think, and Black Adam joins Sups/Sentry/Hulk/Thanos in the God level characters at 16 haha. I have Sinestro coming soon which will let me field 40 levels of these guys in some games.
Lex's armour looks perfect, but his face needs some detailing in my opinion.
